Three players from the U12 Blues Sunday team - Addison Hoube, Riley Butler and Samuel Dobbs - have all successfully completed trials with Luton Town FC and have all been offered places in the LTFC Centre of Excellence programme for next season! All three join Lewis Cook who has been training with the LTFC CoE during the current season since early 2019 brining the total number of LTFC CoE players in the U12 Blues team to four.

Luton Town’s Academy has, over recent years become a proud part of the Luton Town FC's rich history. The Academy offers a programme for U9s to U18s with player’s beginning their journey with the club as young as age 6. The Academy is underpinned and supported by an established organisation from within the Luton Town FC Community Department consisting of Pre-Academy, Centre of Excellence and Talent Identification Programmes.

LTFC CoE players benefit from structured and practical training three times a week delivered by highly experienced coaching staff and also get opportunities to play as teams in the South East Category Three Academy Games programme on a Sunday morning against clubs such as Barnet, Southend and Cambridge United. This match programme is also supplemented with festivals and fixtures against academies from Category One and Two and European Tournaments against top clubs from across Europe.

U12 Blues coach Joe Le-Vien said ... "I am very proud of all the boys for getting selected to join the player development programme of my favourite football club! All of them worked very hard for it and all of them earned the chance to learn from one of the best academy coaching teams in the country." ... "I am proud of the whole team of players that I coach and how they have really progressed and developed both individually and playing as a team during the 2018/19 season, and seeing players progress upwards into national league teams is a bonus!"

From all of us at LUFC, congratulations Addison, Riley, Sam and Lewis!
